Know a solid driver?
Put money in your pocket.
Refer professional CDL-A drivers to PAVAS and earn meaningful bonuses - the more qualified drivers you bring in, the bigger the rewards. Scan a QR code or fill out the form below. That is it.
How It Works
Two ways to refer a driver. One simple process.
Scan a PAVAS QR code or fill out the form below - it only takes a minute. Our recruiting team handles everything after that.
Scan the QR code or fill out the form
Scan the QR code on any PAVAS truck or trailer, use your personal referral QR code in the PAVAS driver app, or simply fill out the referral form at the bottom of this page.
Recruiting contacts the driver
The PAVAS recruiting team reaches out to the referred driver, walks them through the opportunity, and tracks the referral back to you.
Get your referral bonus
Once the referred driver is qualified and hired, you earn a referral bonus - up to the program limit.
I scanned the QR code from the truck.
The driver lands on the PAVAS recruiting page, reads what driving for PAVAS looks like, sees the pay and equipment, and submits an application or referral form right from their phone.
Scan to Refer
Here, scan my referral code.
The app generates a unique referral link and QR tied to the driver. Anyone they meet on the road can scan it, apply, and have the referral automatically credited.
Referral bonus limit: 5 drivers.
The program rewards quality referrals up to a set cap per driver. The more qualified drivers you bring in, the bigger the rewards - up to the program limit.
Who to Refer
Send drivers you would trust next to you on the road.
The best referrals are not just people with a CDL. They are drivers who communicate, run legally, take care of equipment, protect the company name, and understand that professional trucking is more than holding a steering wheel.
